DANCE JAM FITNESS Dance + Cardio + Fun!
INSTRUCTOR: Chelsea Humble
SCHEDULE: Wednesday, 6:00 PM-7:00 PM

In this class we start with a warm up focusing on body isolations, engaging the core, low impact cardio and coordination.
Following warm up, each cardio track is a new set of choreography that alternates between higher intensity and lower intensity cardiovascular training. Known as interval training, this workout improves cardiovascular fitness, enhances calorie burning, and helps prevent injuries.
We cool down at the end of class with a simple & quick stretch.
Guaranteed to be a super FUN workout that will get you sweaty and leave you smiling.
This is a 12 week session (although Drop In’s are welcome if space permits) and our goal is to gradually pause less between tracks as our stamina, coordination and memory increase over the weeks.
