Dance is both an art form and a physical discipline. It blends athletic strength, coordination, and endurance with creativity, musicality, and expression. Dancers train their bodies like athletes and their minds like artists — developing technique, artistry, and storytelling through movement.

Performance is a natural part of dance training. It’s where dancers apply what they’ve learned, share their progress, and experience the joy of bringing movement to life. While participation in our showcase isn’t required, it’s an important part of the learning process. Dancers who perform often feel more confident, connected, and fulfilled — it’s the moment where all their hard work comes together.

No dance experience? Start with ABSOLUTE BEGINNER! — learn your left foot from your right with like-minded people.
Little to no dance experience? Start with BEGINNER — this is where we build your foundation and learn the mechanics of it all.
Have a few sessions (or more) under your belt? You’re INTERMEDIATE — a mix of dancers who’ve leveled up from beginner and those refining their skills before jumping into advanced.
Know your dance terminology like the back of your hand? Got strong technique locked into your muscle memory? Go deeper with your artistry and connection to movement in ADVANCED.

1. Technique Only | January – February 6 Weeks of Dance Fundamentals Perfect for those who want to learn to dance, or work on their technique, without the commitment of a year-end show. Focus entirely on movement, rhythm, and skill.
2. Showcase Only | February – June 14 Weeks of Performance Prep Join us for the second half of the season! We focus on refining technique and learning choreography to be performed on stage at our June Showcase.
3. Full Session | January – June (Best Value) The Complete Experience Combine both sessions for the ultimate growth. spend the first 6 weeks mastering your technique, then apply those skills to choreography for the big show in June.
